"please provide hot water for bathing"

We are from Malaysia, I have booked 3 rooms via booking.com. once we reached and ready for check in. The hotel says that I have booked 1 room only for 3 of us instead 3 rooms. I have proof that I have booked 3 rooms yet they are refused to give.
