The bed was comfortable and the location was perfect and very quiet at night.

The check-in process was a bit confusing but the staff at night was great. There was some stains on the sheets and the shower was a bit grimy but if you bring flipflops it would be fine.

Oda denemezdi, ahır gibi kokan pis konforsuz soğuk, damda muşambayla sarılmış saçma sapan birşeydi. Hostelde kalmışlığım var bu kadar tiksinmedim. Meryem şizofren sanırım, kendi söylediği şeyleri ben söylemişim gibi aktardı tüm yazışmalar da duruyor. Kendi kendine iptal edip beğenmediyseniz çıkın diye bizi kovmaya çalıştı. Ödedik çıkmayacağız paramızı iade edin o halde dedik. Hayır çıkacaksınız dedi kahvaltı vs vermedi, paramızı da iade etmedi. Havlu ve çarşafın değişmesi gerektiğini ve ısıtıcı olmadığını söylediğim içindi bu muamele üç gün boyunca değişmeyeceğini falan söyledi. Estupendo Riad en el centro de la Medina de Marrakech. La localización es perfecta. Céntrico y a la vez tranquilo, pudimos descansar sin problema. Calidad precio perfecta. Los regentes del establecimiento nos trataros genial. Gran profesionalidad, educación, respeto... un servicio inmejorable. Además, el mejor Té del viaje! Lo recomiendo al 100 %.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l’accueil chaleureux ainsi que la disponibilité de l’équipe, toujours présente pour nous aider. La chambre était très propre et agréable. Nous avons également été très touchés par le fait d’avoir été accueillis avant l’heure d’arrivée prévue afin de ne pas nous faire attendre. En plus, ils nous ont gentiment offert un thé, une attention qui fait vraiment plaisir. Merci pour votre accueil !

Le seul petit point à améliorer serait le bruit de la rue que l’on entend un peu depuis la chambre. Il manquerait aussi quelques équipements pratiques, comme une poubelle dans la salle de bain et une table de nuit de chaque côté du lit.
