Evening is fine. The staff of 3 galz are so cute and 2 are very friendly.

When I was there, there was no hot water due to some repair work. Hope it was solved

The staff is very friendly and helpful. I was provided with chai/coffee after coming back from exploring the town. I was asked about my day and felt like they actually wanted me there. I had my food ordered for me and delivered at the hotel. One of the staff drove with me to the store so I could exchange some larger bills for smaller bills. I am usually good at being alone and doing things myself but it was actually nice to experience amazing hospitality that the people of Kazakhstan are known for. I also enjoyed practicing my Russian with the staff. I did not expect any of the examples I listed above and I am glad I had this experience. The showers and toilets work well. Kitchen is well equipped. Beds are comfortable and offer enough space.

I enjoyed the walk but it is far. Taxis can be requested by the staff if you prefer transport. 20-30 minute walk to Balkash 2 train station. 20-30 minute walk to city center.

Value for money. The owner is very helpful. The capsule inside does not have air-conditioning, however it is cool and able to ventilate if do not enclosed the door completely as outside is fully air-conditioned. The mattress is very comfortable.

The location is a bit at the edge of the town but the town itself is not that big, so it is not the biggest deal.

The staff is very professional and helpful (speaking English). The capsule is perfect, each one has a window too. Comfy bed. Clean toilet.

It was great everything. Good deal. Maybe the location is not central but it's 15 min walk to the town center.
