Room Facilities, bathroom all taps are broker, and the most horrible is toilet seat is very bad, and smell bad on bathroom

Lack of cleanliness, lack of maintaince, no lift/elevator

No like the property if you have any complaint regarding the property then the property owner gives the warning to you he was saying right now your luggage throughout the room because that is the same for me I just questioned out to the owner I paid to you but no facilities even in my room there is big rat and whole night I am not sleeping because they were surrounded in my room then how can sleep when I complaint to the owner then he was saying that is normal in my hotels. If anyone reads the message then please do not go to this hotel. Maybe later that will change the hotel today is the 21 nov 2023 last night the owner called me and he was abusing the call and warning if you had any complaints post online then I will see you.

Please avoid this hotel not the hotel There are no facilities, only one person that is sitting on reception and no cleaning boy and no water if you stay 2-3 days there is no changing the bed sheet no cleaning everything you have to change and also not secure your family or couples please avoid this hotel.

Room was clean

Staff was quite rude, was not helpful.. no hot water..room was in a different building at the different location than specified, also there was ni life, we had to use staircase for 3rd floor
