Nice pool, decent sized rooms and beds

The staff falling asleep so it delayed my getting into the place an hour with a 2 year old waiting outside and the owner being unresponsive. Took an hour to reply with the lockbox code. Not a very child friendly set up, one of the doors doesn't even lock

The villa is beautiful, facilities worked well.

The location was far away from the main areas and it was a little hard to find the villa down the small driveway it’s on.

Area was peaceful

1. Room was not clean. Filled with hair on the bed and floors even after cleaning. 2. Pool water was not clean 3. Poolside pillows were so dirty. 4. Toilet had a funky smell 5. Electricity went out one night at 3 and 4 plus am. Called villa a few times and when I got through I had to top up credit for Electricity for them. I am a guest and not staff. 6. I asked for more pillows on arrival and got in on the last night. 7. They noted on my arrival time but at 2 my villa was still not cleaned up. 8. Ceiling fan at villa broke and nearly hit someone.
