Joanna's Sunset Villa

la villa è situata sulla collina sopra a Fiskardo, a 5/7 minuti di auto, si gode di una bella vista ad ovest, con un magnifico tramonto sul mare. La sera fa più fresco che a Fiskardo. La cucina è ben attrezzata, i bagni spaziosi così come le camere. Armadi ampi. Biancheria abbondante. L'aria condizionata funziona bene. La piscina è piccola ma pulitissima e ben disposta. Eravamo due famiglie d (2 adulti e 2 ragazze di 16 anni) e ci siamo trovati molto bene. I proprietari hanno un emporio situato a circa 100mt di distanza e sono gentili e pronti a rispondere, Il prezzo, pur alto, è assolutamente in linea rispetto a Cefalonia e adeguato per quello che offre la villa. Assolutamente consigliata

Il tavolo all'aperto dovrebbe avere una copertura, percché di giorno non è utilizzabile per il caldo (abbiamo risolto appendendo una stuoia). In una delle camere da letto i dei 2 letti singoli rende difficoltosa l'apertura della porta finestra. Ma sono dettagli da poco

Normally the places we book turn out not to be as nice as the description and pictures make you believe. For this property which looked amazing, it was actually even better. Hosts were lovely. I can’t fault the place, the location, the facilities. Wonderful!!!

Great location as it's very close to Fiskardo. The rooms were clean and nice and the views are amazing.

Spotlessly clean, fantastic host who was extremely responsive, friendly and helpful, amazing sunset every night from the villa. Really handy location (5 min drive) for Fiscardo but lovely local restaurant and bar within walking distance. Perfect.

Nothing

The villa had everything and more that we needed for an enjoyable 2 week stay, the pool was fantastic and overlooking the sea (admittedly with a road in between) the undercover area was a godsend for eating out of the sun and the balcony on the first floor bedroom was perfect for watching the amazing sunsets. Arta and Nicholas were perfect hosts and were there for you whenever you needed them, Arta would clean and change beds as often or as little as you wanted and Nicholas cleaned the pool every evening no fail lovely people, they also own the local supermarket which is a 5 minute walk towards Fiskardo which was very handy, there were also 2 restaurants just by the Supermarket we only ate at the traditional restaurant which was really good.

The road was quite busy at times and could be a little noisy as it’s the only road into Fiskardo but it didn’t spoil our stay, the bathrooms were dated but perfectly adequate and very clean. The mattresses seemed very hard compared to what we are used to but I guess this is subjective.

Arta and Nikolas were amazing hosts, and the villa was perfectly positioned for us-approximately a 5 minute drive to Fiskardo, a 3 minute drive to the nearest two beaches, with two restaurants in walking distance. The house had everything we needed, was immaculately clean, comfortable, with an amazing view.
