A surcharge of EUR 20 applies from 19:00 until 22:30, from 22:30 and 2:30 am a surcharge of EUR 40 and after 2:00 am a surcharge of EUR 60 for arrivals after check-in hours. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. The heating system is active and can be used from mid-October to mid-April. The air conditioning can be used from the first of June. In addition, during the stay there is no change of towels. Sarebbe stato tutto perfetto se non ci fossero stati rumori molto forti e improvvisi, credo provenienti dall'impianto di condizionamento, tali da svegliarci anche nel cuore della notte, disturbando il nostro riposo

La limpieza era muy superficial y las bombas de agua del aire acondicionado estaban rotas, y hacían un ruido bastante molesto para dormir

I really enjoyed my stay at the apartment – everything was great! The beds were very comfortable, the location was perfect, and it was easy to get there from the airport. The apartment had everything I needed and made my time in Bologna very pleasant. I would definitely stay here again!

"Perfect stay in Bologna"

Everything was perfect. The apartment is perfect for 4 people, furnished with everything you need. The host was extremely responsive and attentive, very quick to respond. There is a large grocery store right next to the apartment. The city center is 10 minutes by bus, and the bus stop is 2 minutes from the apartment. I highly recommend it.
