Elet Business Hotel

My stay at Elet hotel was fantastic! The service was exceptional, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was incredibly welcoming. The amenities were top-notch, and every detail was well taken care of. I truly enjoyed my experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great stay!

Only Good Thing Was the Location

Disappointing Stay I booked this hotel for my colleagues on an official visit to Karachi, but unfortunately, their experience was far from satisfactory. The only positive aspect was its convenient location. The rooms were not cleaned properly, the AC did not work well, and the room service was subpar. The biggest issue was the discrepancy between the video shared by the hotel at the time of booking and the actual room my colleagues received. When questioned, the staff insisted it was the same room with a different setup, which did not seem believable. Due to these issues, we decided not to extend our stay and switched to another hotel the next day. I would not recommend this place unless management improves their service and transparency.
