GBThere was nothing not to like about the property. The hut itself is fully kitted out with everthing you could need - two sinks with hot water. Shower. Toilet. Small camping fridge, double hob, microwave, toaster and kettle. There’s a small heater and a little TV with excellent signal. The location itself is something out of Lord of The Rings and you’d be hard pressed to find anything more joyful than early spring lambs bounding all around you! The hut itself is fenced in which is an absolute god send if you’ve got dogs. Outside has a fire pit and a BBQ. There’s chairs available if needed. Barmouth beach is just a 20 minute drive. Honestly, there’s nothing about this little Welsh gem that I don’t love.
If I really had to pick something to moan about, it would be that the mattress could be slightly better. Other than that, I can’t think of a single thing.

GBLocation is fantastic. Property is isolated from any other property and superb views across the estuary and towards the mountains. Just you and the sheep. Had access to bbq and brazier. Really good shower, much appreciated. Owner, Sion, was very friendly and helpful.
Don't forget to take fire lighters and kindling for the brazier. Sometimes properties provide some tea, coffee especially if remote which whilst not a necessity is nice. the very soft mattress might not suit everyone but actually had a great night's sleep.
GBBeautiful! We arrived at night and was quite easy to find via the instructions from the host. The hut was clean, cosy and comfortable. We woke up the next morning to a beautiful view and sheep all around the hut which was really nice. Would recommend this hut for those that love being in the middle of nowhere but also like to be close to shops/pubs etc as Dolgellau was a 4 minute drive away!
The mattress could be better as was too “soft” and springy. When sat on, you could feel the base but it didn’t interrupt our sleep and wouldn’t put us off returning!
