The neighbourhood and the Tuscan style of the building.

We were asked to pay 1,5 eur per person per night as tourist tax, but booking said 1 eur only. The staff only referred to her boss by the calculation, but noone really took care of this complaint. Toilet paper is either near the reception or you need to purchase that in a shop. The washing machine is for 4 eur only, it is not free for use.

Great accomodation in really beautiful tuscan surround. The staff is nice, but can’t speak English. Super clear air, cool nights, pool is a calm place to chill. It’s close to the beach, and not too far to make trips to the most famous tuscan sights.

The equipment in the room is poor, we didn’t have glasses, bowls. The chairs in the kitchen are so uncomfortable, we couldn’t sit on them more than 10 minutes. There are too much flies because of a horse near the house.

Beautiful apartment, a great pool area, and pretty surroundings. Great spot to visit Pisa, Livorno, Cecina (beach town), Volterra, and nearby wineries. We complained about the AC not working and the issue was fixed immediately 👍 We had a great vacation here with our family.

I wish that info about paying 5 euros per day per dog could be better displayed (not at the end of the booking page). The horse that stayed around the house looked very skinny with no muscles (which indicates he is locked there and doesn't run outside much). We were a bit concerned about him.

We arrived and nobody was there to check us in, we waited hours in the hope somebody would turn up. the phone numbers provided were not active. We had to pay for another hotel in a nearby town, and still have not received a refund!
