Castle Dargan Hotel

The female staff were lovely. Eileen in particular in the bar restaurant was very friendly and professional.

We were asked if we would like to start a tab for our drinks and 20 mins later were asked to close the tab. We almost got charged for a bottle of wine that never arrived to the table. One male staff member was particularly unfriendly. Two members of the group ordered fillet mignon cooked medium and received two very different sizes of meat which was overcooked. The whole bar and restaurant area is quite tired and not very comfortable. Bedrooms could do with deep cleaning. Mould in the grout in the shower. Shower leaked all over bathroom floor. Stains all over the bedroom carpet and ceiling.

Nice quite area.

Shower was hard to turn off. In the Maude gonne room.

Room, Service, Breakfast

It was quiet, a comfortable feeling

Everything was very good. The breakfast was excellent. The bed was better than most.

A small refrigerator in the room would be very handy

Séjour trop court pour la qualité de cet établissement. Prix très correct pour la qualité et le standing offerts. Déjeuner abondant, choix varié, excellent. Décor enchanteur.

Court séjour n'a permis de relever aucune lacunes.
