Staff friendliness, professionalism, politeness. I accidentally broke the sugar jar, when I advised them, they were so calm that my nerves got calm. First called to check rooms availability as this was an emergency travel. Requested they secure a room for me and that I will complete the booked once it was safe to do so, they did not hesitate to affirm that they will do so. Value for money💕

Consider sound proof as conversations between rooms could be heard. The plug sockets by the bed head (all 3) are positioned close to the floor, it was a big challenge to plug a laptop charger. Since it may be too costly to change the exact position, consider changing them upside down for easier plugging. Was literally unable to use one of the plugs, luckily the third one worked.

We stayed over the weekend people was making lots of noise having a big birtday party in the room right next to us. At 2 when i finally had enough i contacted the reception, she come and quite them. But they started off again very early. The facilitys was also very limited and the we found our bedding was badly stained and they just put it on the bed upside down.
