Are second stay here. Both were great. Unique place in a great location. Hope to have the opportunity to stay again in the future!

Super large room in the best location. Characteristic and comfortable. Complimentary small breakfast in room. Best bar for an aperitif downstairs.

Lighting in the room was a little too dark.

The room was as on the pictures and the location is fantastic. And I am not talking about the wine bar / restaurnant (osteria) downstairs :) Fantastic vines and food.

Communication prior the visit was not optimum (I sent couple of emails with no reply) but once there it was really good.

Sleep in the city - live the city - enjoy the vibe. This is the perfect place to stay. The warm and friendly staff will welcome you and support you. The rooms are specious and especially the bathrooms are on the next level compared to what you will find anywhere else in Italy. And if you are in the mood for dining - don´t forget to book a table and have a glass of wine.

We highly recommend this wonderful place in the city center of Udine. The love and efford which was dedicated arranging the rooms is exceptional. The staff is superfriendly and always helpfood. And the food and wine offer in the restaurant typically Friulan.
