Food was good

Not enough clean. We booked big rooms, and the staff refused to provide the towels by saying that "we give two towels per room." They took more than 24 hours to provide towels and toilet rolls. Agreed with your rules but what about the rooms, you book for four people?

Two toilet for 4 bed room. Room size nice.

Dirty bedsheet. Broken door lock. Slum like window view.

Location was hard to reach...

First some positives: The room was spacious and the food service was good.

The areas of improvement were: 1).The room was not up to the mark of a 3 star property as the wires were hanging from the roof,the cupboard was in a very bad shape,dampness was there in the room.I stayed there for 4 nights and they have kept the same bed sheet the whole time.The bathroom door was also broken as can be seen from the attached pic. 2).Don’t fall prey to their free breakfast thing as they have only four options for breakfast including aloo parantha,puri sabji,poha & chhole bhature & mind it they will give you free only 1/person(like only 1aloo parantha/person,rest they say is chargeable). 3).Please check the final bill as they have added free breakfast food items also in the final supplement bill.

Nothing to like. .

1. No spacious. Hitting on my knee and toe while walking inside the room. 2. The entire hotel has cockroaches. I guess everyone has been facing this problem since the hotel started. 3. High fare. 4. Extra charging for food. No complimentary. 5. No cleanliness and proper maintenance.
