Die Lage, die Ausstattung alles perfekt.

Leider haben wir unseren Kindle im Zimmer vergessen. Die Ansprechpartner waren zwar hilfsbereit, aber vielleicht sollte man das CleaningPersonal wechseln. Die haben ihn nicht „gefunden“ 😡

Mooie klassieke uitstraling en prima faciliteiten.

Minimaal daglicht daardoor nogal somber, maar als je alleen komt slapen is het prima.

Gravi problemi di comunicazione. Qualsiasi struttura invia PRIMA tutte le indicazioni per arrivare, ritirare la chiave, ecc. La camera (la colazione non era inclusa), per quanto ho pagato, era più che spartana (nemmeno un cuscino extra, un tappeto scendiletto, una lampada/presa non funzionante….)

The location was excellent 👌. It is in central Verona, so close to everything. We were in Verona for the Opera and were 2 minutes walk back to the suites. The room was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. The kettle and coffee machine were very welcome as were two bottles of water in the fridge.

Entering the property at night was a little dark as the there were no lights on in the lobby/ lounge area. However that would not deter me from booking again. I loved it.

Massive and comfortable bed. Attractive building well located. Clean. Coffee machine and kettle in room . Spacious and beautiful communal area.

The spa bath did not work and when asked how to make it work I was told there is a switch in the bathroom. Non of which worked 😢. Get a taxi from train station not the bus as advised

Would recommend if you want to rent a nice room in Verona and just do your own thing. Like you would with Airbnb. The room is big, clean and nice, and the location is great. Would not recommend if you, like us, was hoping to be a little less self sufficient. Arriving in the evening, there is no one in the reception, it’s pitch dark inside, and you receive instruction on how to find the room per message app/mail. It is not possible to store luggage at the hotel for some hours before departure, but they recommend a luggage storage about a ten minute walk from the hotel. In hindsight we would do better at a more classic hotel, but we ordered through booking.com and it was not, in my opinion clear, just how self sufficient you would be in villa fontina. But again not so much criticism of the place, more things I would have liked to know beforehand. We were also a bit unlucky with construction work from 07.30 am, but that is hard for the host to have any control over ☺️

The property was close to historical places of interest.

Lack of communication and facility provider was uncontactable and restaurants close-by were unaware of the suites. We almost booked another hotel worrying we had been scammed. Thanks to the helpful staff at another hotel we were able to locate the contact!

Das Zimmer liegt im Hinterhof, das ist Ei. bisschen irritierend - aber die Nähe zur Arena ist bestechend - und das Zimmer sowie der Salon davor sind bestechend in ihrer antiken Schönheit.

Die Nähe zu einer Autogarage, aber man bekommt kaum etwas davon mit.
