Il Palazzetto Ponza

I cannot emphasize enough how excellent Marianna and the team at Il Palazzetto have been. The level of care and attention Marianna showed us was unparalleled. Her attention to detail and her kindness will stay with us for a long while. The hotel is well appointed, clean, thoughtfully decorated and appointed with luxury bedding, towels, robes, and wonderfully fragrant soaps and room fresheners. We so enjoyed the view from our balcony and sitting on the terrace in the mornings. The bathroom was basically new and perfectly laid out with views out the window to the port. Marianna arranged taxis for us, restaurant suggestions and reservations, scooters, and boat reservations. All things I would never usually ask but Marianna was so kind and easy and that she made it simple. The breakfasts each morning were simple and light and delicious. Sitting in the outside dining area was pleasant. Highly highly recommend. Baci e abbracci!

Beautifully decorated, amazing view, very attentive

Located in a quiet, residential part of the island but with easy access to everything. Offers beautiful view of the sea and port. Spotless and beautifully designed. All the amenities worked as intended and overall very comfortable and good quality. Staff were friendly and courteous. They offered great advice on restaurants and attractions and even helped with reservations.

This is an exceptional property. It is beautifully decorated, with an amazing practical attention to detail. The rooms and breakfast area are gorgeous. Breakfast is lovely - fresh fruits, croissants, cereal and a wonderful home made cake. We sadly could only stay 2 nights instead of the planned 4. A HUGE thank you to Marianna who helped us quickly change all our travel plans. They were faultless and stress free. We would love to come back. Grazie. Xx
