ensuite garden room

The room is very cosy and welcoming. It is near a small river with a nice scenery, and within walking distance to downtown and shops. Equipments are new and modern. Bed is very comfortable. There was plenty of coffee, tea and breakfast foods :)

It is not possible to open the window for fresh air (aside from opening the main French doors). The shower door is hard to open and close. The fridge never got cold, I'm not sure it's made for keeping food in it.

My wife and I stayed for one night. The property is in a residential area about 20/25 minutes walk from the centre on Inverness. It is a small lodge type building in a garden of a house. As well as a double bed and an ensuite bathroom, it has a small kitchen area with a kettle, fridge, toaster and microwave which allows snacks and light meals to be prepared. The host kindly left us some additional items. The room was clean on arrival. There is off road parking available. No issues to report.

Close to city center , contacted host with a few questions and got a fast response and very friendly. Room was great , everything I needed. I would defiantly stay here again.

Location and price

Location of the property is good. The facility had all the basic amenities. Very good WiFi connection and we watched Netflix.

The room size is too small, not suitable for a couple to stay. If you open your bags you don't have space to move. I have been to Inverness earlier also, at this price or may be lesser you have better options. No windows, the door opens into a courtyard. You can only get down from one side of the bed, the other side is stuck to the wall.

We needed somewhere quiet and close to the hospital and they were both. The host was easy to contact by phone. I would definitely stay here again. The room had everything needed.
