This place is perfect, everything new, high quality equipments. Zara is 10 minutes by car, Nin beach also 10 minutes, we loved it!

Only one little thing, sometimes we had only cold water, but if we called the lady she organized hot water.

- Excessive noise from neighbors above: Noisy guests until late night hours, often past midnight. Frequent child stomping and walking in high heels even after 10 PM. Significant disruption of sleep and comfort. Neighbors showed no consideration for others. The quality of stay depends on the thoughtfulness and social responsibility of other guests. - Lack of keys: Only one key for a 3-bedroom apartment. - Insufficient cleaning equipment: Missing large broom in the apartment. Only a shared broom available on the ground floor. - Inadequate trash bin: Too small bin in the kitchen. Only one trash bag provided. Of course, not every guest will encounter such noisy neighbors as we did. The other mentioned shortcomings are minor details that the hosts will likely improve over time.

Really nice place :) Everything is new and clean, beautiful neighborhood and amazing views right in front of the hotel.

We had a small issue to get hold of the personal during check in. That would be nice to establish some process to make it smoother.
