AUAs the Convent Stignano is closed there is little accommodation for pilgrims in the area - we were walking the Camino from Monte Sant Angelo so this was a welcome option. Balcony was great for drying cloths. They kindly gave us an early check in - much appreciated.
For the price, you would expect the toilet to have a seat! Info said a washing machine available but was in use for property.

No access to wi-fi. Water was not hot.
