"Peaceful Stay Just Outside Ella"

A peaceful homestay, perfect for relaxing, with an excellent breakfast.

It’s located a few kilometres from Ella, so you’ll always need transportation to get there. A tuk-tuk is easy to find, and if not, the owner will gladly help arrange one for you.

"A tranquil and inviting home for your ideal getaway out of the main town of Ella."

The view from the balcony was tranquil and beautiful. The garden was a lovely addition to the view as well as the birds and squirrels. The house was clean and well-kept. The room was spacious and inviting.

A bit hard to access by tuk tuk due to the steep driveway, but not anything to complain about!

"amazing place to stay for a couple of nights."

It’s in the calm and green area close to ella, mind that it’s not in a walking distance but in a silent beautiful area. It’s clean and got a charm of the british. the owners take care allot and are very helpful and friendly. we enjoy our stay there! Beds are compfy and big and covers by mosquito nets

There was a service charge on the end which was not in the description and not on the bill for tax refund.

"NOT SAFE"

DON’T GO HERE AS A FEMALE SOLO TRAVELLER. The owners seemed really nice but the second day right after I had paid, the owner grabbed me and pushed his face in my neck. After that he asked to come into my bedroom. I immediately left and honestly it is the worst experience I’ve had in Sri Lanka. As a female solo traveler you always have to be on your guard and if someone takes advantage of your situation it really feels horrible. I feel sorry for the wife, she seemed very sweet.

Taxi and Tuktuk were organzied for us and the service was good

The location is far away from Ella (ca 3-4km) and it wasn't quite. The main road is nearby and so it was loud and there is a location with noisy beats around.
