Please note that according to the regulations for short-term rentals: Guests are required to leave the property in good order, with waste properly separated and dishes cleaned, so that the cleaning company does not have to perform extraordinary cleaning. In case of noncompliance, an extra cleaning fee will be charged to the guest. The property is nonsmoking. Some guests may have allergies to smoke. If any smoke odor is detected, this will be reported to Booking.com as misconduct, and an additional fee for sanitizing the property will be requested. In the event of a routine check by the State Police to verify the presence of registered guests, if unauthorized people are found on the premises, this will be reported as misconduct and an additional daily fee will be charged.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.
