Location, apartment and host - everything is absolutely great about this facility!

Very large, bright and spacious room, absolutely clean. I don't think there is a better location for an apartment in the city. Very close to shops of the top brands and first-class restaurants. Total value of money. warm-hearted host.

You have to open a lot of locks to enter the apartment, some of them could be automatic or encrypted. Apartment heating would be much better instead of central heating.

The location was perfect, everything was within 5-10 minute walk. The host was very nice. And the apartment was even better than on pictures.

You may not find a better location than Adam's apartment in the middle of the musical district (across the street from the operetta), with practically every landmark of Pest reachable by a few minutes of walk. Not talking about endless cafes, bars, bakeries lined up seemingly right from your doorstep. I found the apartment to be sparkling clean, modernly and tastefully recently renovated with lots of air, with super high ceilings, good for at least a pair spending their perfect time in Budapest. Adam deserves credit for helping every way. Will return for sure 😃

The only thing I did not like was that I had only limited time there.

Adam, the host was absolutely super! My train was 4 or 5 hrs late from Prague and he still met me with no problem at 11pm. He is a great host! Location was fantastic, roughly 1/2 way between the Parliament/Castle and Hero’s Square. Several great coffee and pastry shops within a 2 minute walk, same for restaurants, groceries and beer/wine. Super clean and all the basics provided. Bed was super comfortable, a/c worked pretty well, and it was pretty spacious.

Few minor things only. Bedding and towels were pretty spartan, but did the job. Again, the bed itself was VERY comfortable. And, the shower head was hard to aim to avoid getting the floor fairly wet.

incredible location, right in the heart of the theatre and opera. it’s only a few minutes walk away from the tram or train station or bus, and there are plenty of great restaurants and cafes around the neighbourhood. Adam was kind to meet us at the apartment, show us how to get inside, and replied promptly to any questions. There was a washing machine and drying rack also.

Very good location - friendly host

The apartment was excellent. Not only was it huge but it had a washing machine, blackout blinds and a big, comfortable bed. It is in a fantastic location and the building felt very safe. Adam, the host, was a great communicator and was very accomodating. Couldn’t recommend this place highly enough.
