La stanza, la colazione e la disponibilità ed efficienza del personale.

Probabilmente i muri un po troppi sottili, si sentono molto i rumori e le voci delle altre stanze. Ma questo è soggettivo, ogni persona sopporta i rumori a suo modo :)
