Very good service and very very cooperative staff

I booked a large king size, it included a bed room with attached sitting room. On my arrival, this room was already given to some one else. I was given a small size regular bedroom but I was charged payments for a larger room. I refused to take the room, the alternate given were in poor condition - we have to compromise to one room which was smaller than what we paid for, but I did not any other option as it was already very late in night. There was no hot water supply when asked for it.

Hotel was new that is why many things like furniture, beds were in better condition. I liked the location of the property it was right in the city center and just outside at walking distance there were street food vendors, shopping brands and high end restaurants.

but the property was poorly managed. There were dead cockroaches and shards of broken glass under the bed. My kitten went under the bed and came back with a dead cockroach in her mouth, and she fell sick the next day. Breakfast buffet was very basic, tasteless, poor value for money. Washroom sink was leaking, every time I washed my hands, dirty water started coming put of the pipe at bottom and drops came at my feet and trousers. There was a lot of stink in the bathroom.

Not clean. Extremely dirty. Cigarette boxes and buds everywhere.
