Self-catering but a very useful welcome pack

The host left us pancakes and chocolate bars which was a nice touch.

This isn't a cottage. It's a garage made into an apartment at the side of the hosts home. If you open the bedroom window, you are looking straight into the hosts garden. There is no outside space apart from where you park your car.

Willow Tree Cottage is an absolutely beautiful home, decorated to the highest standards and super clean! It's so modern, cosy, warm and very comfortable. We had a great weekend and we left feeling so relaxed. We stayed at Willow Tree to attend a day retreat in the Corrymeala Centre, which was only a two minute drive away, it was very easy for us to drive to. The kitchen and shower facilities are both excellent. Everything you need is provided in the kitchen with such a kind gesture of providing, pancakes, butter, biscuits and milk. Fluffy white towels were also provided. We were so thankful for the cosy blankets to use when watching TV on the sofa, a beautiful homely touch. The cottage also heated up very quickly. Thank you very much to Colette, a wonderful, very welcoming and kind host. We loved staying in your gorgeous cottage.

When we arrived late in the evening the heater was on and the light too coffee, tea , milk and pancake were there for the morning

One thing was missing a colander (nothing else) 😂

Quiet and reserved place with all the facilities needed. The house itself is set up with all the necessities such as breakfast which includes pancakes, milk, butter, etc. Neat, safe, and tidy cottage. A huge thank you to Colette who was warm and welcoming. The house is located near the town which makes it easily accessible to the shops and only takes about 4-5 minutes for grocery shopping. Beautiful coastal area also with ferry rides to Rathlin Island. Strongly recommended!

Willow Tree Cottage is a beautiful, exceptionally clean cottage on the outskirts of Ballycastle, a short drive from the town centre. It is perfect for a family of four who want to explore the beautiful North Coast of NI. The driveway is gated so very secure for young children and can take up to two cars. Colette, the owner, was always on hand to deal with any queries we had, and very generously left us a welcome package of milk, butter, bread, biscuits etc which was greatly appreciated on day 1. We thoroughly recommend and will definitely be back!
