The Dartmouth House

This was the perfect location for our discovery of the Nob Hill area of Albuquerque. We enjoyed several great restaurants along Central. House had everything we needed for a good night’s sleep and morning coffee.

The hosts, Agnes and Anthony were amazing. I had an issue with the plug-in air fresheners, because of my lung disease and they were very helpful and responsive. I appreciated their care and concern. I now know I better double check to make sure future rentals are chemical free. The house is perfectly located, super cute, clean and well appointed. The whole place felt welcoming and they did everything to make our stay enjoyable. The BOMB! are the beds, never slept better and more comfy. We had an issue with a remote control going bad and they came, personally , immediately and didn't leave til the issue was resolved. A truly wonderful place to stay.

Being a news junky and sports fan I would have liked it if the main TV had cable versus needing your own streaming platforms to watch cable news and sports. But a small price pay for such a nice home and wonderful hosts. THANK YOU!

The house was very comfortable, clean, and in good shape. I loved the large back patio/yard. The air conditioner worked well which was helpful for those hotter days. I like to sleep in cooler temps, so sleeping was wonderful. I was within walking distance to the university campus, and no where I wanted to see was more than about a 20 minute drive. Hosts were super gracious and quick to reply to queries. As I was coming from just a few hours away, I was given a very generous early check-in time. I loved my time here and was grateful to have been able to stay here for a few days instead of just a night or two. I'll be back through Albuquerque later this year and will be seeing this this house if available as I already know it will be comfortable.

Not really sure there was anything. It was a wonderful stay.
