Чудове розташування у центрі, привітна покоївка, яка завжди на звʼязку. Є майже все необхідне. Багато простору – вітальня і спальня розмежовані + компактна кухня.

Всередині апартаментів завжди похмуро не залежно від погоди (навіть коли сонячно). Вікна виходять одразу на сусідні, тож видно все, що ви робите. Деяке кухонне приладдя зіпсоване/в неналежному стані, як і декілька розеток. Погана звукоізоляція
