The location is excellent, with a sea view from the room. It is a five-minute walk to Oamaru’s Heritage Precinct and only a three-minute drive to the observation area for wild penguins. Both the indoor and outdoor spaces of the property are very spacious, and the natural lighting is great. The self check-in process was convenient, and the instructions were clear and easy to follow.

Cleanliness could be improved. Although the kitchen was well equipped with a variety of utensils, many of the dishes and bowls had noticeable grease stains and needed to be washed again before use.
