Хорошая вилла в тихом месте, комфортная и чистая. К месторасположению относительно моря мы были готовы.

Все было замечательно! Вилла укомплектована на 100% (Посудомоечной машина, стиральная машина, посуда, средства для стирки, гриль, полотенца для бассейна). Нас приняли с собакой, за что отдельное спасибо!)

Расположение. Мы были на машине и это было не проблема, до центра города Калкан 25 минут.

The property offers breathtaking mountain and sea views with supermarkets just a short stroll away. All rooms were spotless and thoughtfully designed, featuring cozy suites, exceptionally comfortable mattresses, and private jacuzzis, although one tub had peeling paint that shed fragments when in use, a minor but notable flaw that warrants attention. The saunas were beautifully appointed, providing panoramic vistas and a truly relaxing atmosphere. The barbecue area impressed with its spacious outdoor furniture and inviting ambiance, the soft ambient lighting encourages long conversations and drinks, though it proved insufficient for dining, so an additional adjustable light option would be beneficial. While the kitchen is equipped with top-tier appliances, the absence of several essential utensils hindered our cooking attempts. Deniz, the host was incredibly accommodating, very friendly, excellent at welcoming guests, and always ready to help. We would definitely return to any home hosted by Deniz. 20 stars out of 10.

We had an extremely unpleasant experience with the owner. Before our trip, we confirmed with Booking.com that the property allowed payment by credit card, indeed, every reservation still offers that option. When we arrived, he pressured us to pay in cash, citing fees that were not our responsibility. We had nothing to do with that, if I book for “X,” that’s exactly what I must pay; it’s not my problem, when he set such a high price online, he knew the fees he’d incur. He then tried to coerce us into accepting his cancellation request just to dodge the platform’s commissions, but we refused so we wouldn’t be left unprotected. We ended up losing two hours of our holiday trying to find ways to satisfy his demands and avoid his fees. Ultimately, we were forced to make a bank transfer and paid far more than the amount originally agreed. We have never encountered such unethical behavior, owners like this should undergo hospitality training and learn best practices so future guests aren’t subjected to such embarrassing situations. Thankfully, the actual host (Deniz) was a beacon throughout our stay a truly spectacular person.

Amazing location, in close proximity to Kalkan, Kas and smaller convenience stores in 5 min driving distance. Gorgeous view, well designed and tastefully furnished villa. Great amenities, well maintained pool and sauna. Would come back in a heartbeat!

Wi-Fi was a little spotty. If you’re planning on working, it’s not good enough for video calls, as it drops completely a few times per hour. Some small maintenance / fix-ups are needed. E.g. shower hoses need replacing, some door handles are loose, etc. Nothing major, but it would make a world of difference to the entire experience if those were fixed.

The villa is exceptional. I can’t fault anything - design, outdoor space, impeccable cleanliness. Being located in the mountains adds serenity and peace. Perfect customer service.

Nothing at all

This villa has got everything you can imagine, and then some more! It's well-equipped and nicely decorated. I recommend paying a little extra for the use of the heated indoor pool as it truly adds to your feel of relaxation and it offers the opportunity of swimming in a nice and warm pool when it's too chilly to swim in the big pool. The views are stunning! Both the owner, Mehmet, and the property manager, Deniz, are very friendly and communicate clearly and courteously. Deniz also offers his phone number so that you can contact him for any sort of questions you may have. Tips: - You must rent a car to get to the villa or simply book a taxi (NOT recommended). - Do your groceries before coming to the villa. You can do this at a handful of supermarkets close to and on your way to the villa. I recommend Sok and A101.

This has nothing to do with the villa itself but power cuts in this area are common. They usually last for about 20 minutes but longer power cuts may occur.
