No cleaning We have to told daily reception staff two time to send staff for room cleaning One day reception staff answer : no any housekeeping staff is present ! No toiletries provide by staff . I have to ask to provide toiletries Never spend such huge amount for this hotel

Nice and new hotel in a good central location. But quite a few things are not functioning well. Despite booking the room via Booking.com I received messages to my phone, email and via Booking that my room will be cancelled if I don't pay immediately via provided link. That was on the check in date, one hour after I talked to receptionist and they told me to pay when the room is ready for check in. Further training is needed for staff. During my week there I witnessed multiple internal fights between staff at the reception. Cleaning service is not functioning well. Room wasn't properly cleaned at the arrival and there was no room service during my first four days there. On the forth day I had to ask 3 times for the cleaning service and this was done very superficially. It is a really good property with a big potential if the service improves.

Service and cleanliness should improve.

The location is great. Near the ganga ghat, near paramarth ashram for the havan and aarti. You can eat delicious satvik at the cantin of the ashram. The staff is very kind to help you with everything.

Sometimes we had no warm water.

Lovely staff welcoming and helpful. Massages are amazing! Location is perfect! Lovely view! Comfortable room thank you!

Only the restaurant next door could be better. When you order food with them next door they tend to get it wrong but not always.
