Hotel Nirvana Bliss, Behind Parmarth Niketan

The staff was very friendly and the hotel was clean. There was a hairdryer.

There was no hot water in the bath, but the staff prepared a bucket of hot water for us.

Everything is Perfect. Love the hospitality.

It's a new extension of the Nirvana Palace hotel, and very tastefully appointed. For dining you'll have to step across to the Palace. Parking space is available at the end of the street, and is popular, even if unsecured. The location is very close to the river, and near major sights.Janaki bridge is just a 5 min walk. Paramarth Ghat and Ashram, Gita Bhavan, Ram Jhula and Lakshman Jhula are walkable distances, as is Triveni Ghat (30 min walk) along the far bank walkway. Google Maps is wrong as it recommends following the road. Walk back from Triveni Ghat at night after the Aarti is an experience. Lakshman Jhula is closed and the new glass bridge will take a year to complete (check around Mar-Apr 2025).

Very narrow streets, and lack of secure parking.

It is a new hotel so the room was generally very good, although very modern looking. Staff were very helpful and friendly and open to suggestions regarding improvements to the hotel. The bed was extremely comfortable and the area was relatively quite and close to the Ganges, Ashrams and cafes.

There was some noisy vibration at night that seemed to be coming from the lift well, which was the only really irritating thing about my stay. The cord for the kettle barely reached the plug. The wifi was weak in my room. However, that was not an issue for me as I could access the wifi in the reception area, which had comfortable chairs to sit on.

This was my perfect Stay in Rishikesh. Hotel is near janki bridge, cozy room, spotless washroom, delicious food and helpful staff. Will visit here soon.....Thanks team Nirvana to make our stay memorable.
