"Toilet was dirty"

location is good but other things are much compromised.

there were mosquitoes in the room, some hairs on bed and pillows. I booked deluxe double room but they gave me small room with twin beds. Toilet was little dirty and used soap with dirty towel. I think at least they must provide basic items neat and clean like towel, soap, warm water for shower, clean bed sheet.
