FRLa vue est sublime, la maison charmante et accueillante, tout y est pour qu'on se sente bien. La chambre était très confortable et la salle de bain très pratique et parfaitement propre. La localisation est parfaite, à proximité du centre ville, il faut descendre la colline donc c'est un peu pentu pour remonter mais vraiment rien d'infaisable. L'hôte était très gentille, au petit soin pour nous et cuisine un excellent petit déjeuner !
Ils ont un chien à l'extérieur qui est adorable, très gentil mais il est attaché la majeure partie du temps à une laisse assez courte près de sa niche.. Je pense qu'il le laissent en liberté la nuit mais il avait l'air triste toute la journée attaché.
HUVery good location, the view from the room was amazing. Everything was very clean, the sheets smelled amazing. Anni was a great host, she got up at 5 to greet us and she was always available. They have more amenities than listed, they have parking space and hairdrier as well. Everything is super close on foot. If you are in Kutaisi, I definitely recommend to stay here.

LVThe Hotel was located in a very scenic location with an amazing view to the city. Our room had a large balcony with hammocks and chairs and the view. It was perfect. Rooms were spacious and nice. Hotel had a shared kitchen space that could be used. There was a nice breakfast available as well. The owner was very nice and helpful. The Kutaisi centre was just 10 minute walk from the hotel.
Not necessarily a bad thing, but just be prepared that getting to the hotel by foot from the city is quite a steep climb uphill. If you have a larger suitcase or heavier bag, taking a taxi might be a more comfortable option.
CZThe owner was very nice! Even made a simple breakfast for us. And the view is amazing. The property has a big terrace where you can just chill after a long day and admire the view.

USThe name panorama is not taken lightly! Between the common balcony and the balcony off our room, we pretty much had a 360 view of Kutaisi. Our host and the groundskeeper were kind and showed us the property as well as making breakfast early for us, as we had to hit the road early. Breakfast was incredible with homemade cake and khinkali lining the table!
Smell traveled, and it smelled like smoke at one point.

GEEvery May 2nd, the city of Kutaisi hosts the Chamomile Festival. On this day, Kutaisi is beautifully decorated and various events are held. The hotel room had fantastic views of the entire city. The room was clean and cozy, we had heating, hot water and breakfast.
