CN阳台上的景色太棒了，可以俯瞰整个小城，虽然有点高，走路不太方便，但是步行去大教堂只有几分钟距离，附近还有小超市很方便。女主人的早餐从7点就开始，很用心，对我们一早赶飞机来说太合适了。感谢您的热情款待！
可能挂个明显的招牌会更好，第一次打车进来都不知道是在哪里，虽然地址是正确的，可是有点不敢推门进来

KZОстанавливались на одну ночь. Отель замечательный. Хозяйка супер. По приезду встретила как родных. В номере очень чисто, уютно. Виды с балкона - действительно панорама на весь город. А хинкали на завтрак, так это вообще сюрприз. Если будем в Кутаиси ещё раз, то обязательно вернёмся. Благодарим за гостеприимство.
BEThe view from our room was breathtaking and the staff were very lovely. The breakfast was a traditional Georgian breakfast prepared by the housekeeper who took care of everything herself!! We very much enjoyed our stay.
Upon arrival, the housekeeper was not present to greet us and we were unsure how to check in or pay for our stay as just walked into the building and nobody was around. This is fine, but just be aware that you will not have a reception to check in so to speak. The climb to the hotel was long but worth it for the view. Additionally, there is no room maintenance daily, so just be aware to ask the housekeeper for whatever you need instead of expecting your room to be attended to.

Las fotos del Hotel Panorama me han engañado. Pensaba que era un lugar confiable, pero la realidad es diferente. El interior que aparece en las fotos sí es correcto, pero el exterior no coincide en absoluto. Las imágenes mostraban un hotel, pero en realidad se trata de una casa. Me siento decepcionada porque no era lo que esperaba.
