La ubicación esta bien ubicado, en ruta accesible y zona segura y con todo cerca. La recepcionista muy amable, y servicial.

La cama no estaba tan cómoda, y la habitación con la cama un poco pequeña, el baño grande y limpio.

La habitación tenía varios desperfectos qué aunque pedimos nos ayudarán con ello, no lo hicieron. Destaco que siempre fui amable y moderada al hablar o realizar alguna solicitud. Cuando intentamos comunicar qué el lavamanos estaba en mal estado y no se podía usar, o que el aire acondicionado casi no enfriaba aparte salía mucha agua, contestaron de mala manera e hicieron caso omiso. En la habitación nunca nos dieron lo escencial de limpieza y aparte en los días que nos quedamos, nunca cambiaron toallas y demás. Pésimo atención al cliente.
