INI didn’t even stay at this property, and yet it’s showing that I did. The whole experience was shady and unprofessional from the start. The property manager, Ridhima, first asked me to send her the reservation code to check the price it was listed at. As soon as she realized it was listed at a lower rate on Booking.com, she said she wouldn’t accept the booking anymore.
Initially, she told me check-in was after 1 PM, but soon after, she suddenly claimed the bathroom mirror door was broken and that the room was unavailable. She then forced me to cancel the booking from my end, which I refused.
