"I was expecting professionalism but it was lacking..I hope they fumigate t"

Some of the things advertised weren't present at the property

I struggled to check in while I'm from far and not familiar with the place..I couldn't get even the gate..I waited for someone to go out so that I can enter..I had to call multiple times in order to get the key, I was ready to cancel if it was possible because my partner and I were panicking. Lastly they didn't even show us the room they assumed we know the place..they gave us keys and left

"Despite the above concerns, it was not a bad idea that I have chosen the Lodge."

The bedding was clean. The kitchen has all the utensils for use.

The TV remote batteries were dead. The TV connection was very poor or not linked to the NETWORK.. There are many coaches in the room.
