Staff yang sangat baik, mesra dan bagus. Apa yang kami tanya dijawab dengan baik dan membantu saya untuk proses tukar tarikh. Bilik yang selesa dengan kemudahan asas yang lengkap. Ada bilik makanan 24jam dibawah. Ada jual keperluan asas jika mememerlukan. Parking tak banyak tapi okay la. Lokasi strategik mudah cari makanan diluar. Ada gym, dobi. Untuk minum ada disediakan mesin tapis air diluar bilik.

Pada waktu malam dengar suara orang berborak serta bau asap rokok sebab kami pilih bilik yang mempunyai tingkap mengadap pekan mungkin diluar bawah hotel ada orang awam yang duduk bersembang.
