The Parlour Cottage

This is a lovely spacious cottage; it is deceiving from the outside as I was not expecting it to be so big! I’ll do a breakdown of each area: Kitchen/Dining Room/Living Room - Well stocked kitchen with a separate utility area. The host provided tea, coffee and sugar as well as a lovely welcome hamper (thank you so much! A lovely treat after a full day in Galway!) it was clean, modern decor in the kitchen and provided everything you would need for a long stay! Bathrooms/En Suites - Decorated to a very high standard and each one was stocked with toiletries and necessities! The hosts clearly put a lot of effort into this to make it feel more homely. The bath was lush! And a baby bath was provided which makes holidaying for any young families a blessing. Bedrooms - Good Size, nicely decorated with plenty of storage and what felt like good quality furniture. I just wanted to make a special mention about the cot bed in the master bedroom, the cot bed contained baby towels, soft blankets and sleep bags! I came fully prepared and as a mum with young children it was such a relief to see those little extras that make such a difference! Thank you so much!

The sofas in the living room were uncomfortable, they didn’t provide any lumbar support and the land outside of the outdoor seating area was abit untidy BUT I appreciate there is building work happening behind the property so that will probably be sorted once building has finished.

The host was amazing, very accommodating and left such a kind goodie box! The notes were very clear and easy to understand. Location is close to town, but still quiet and the rooms are great and very spacious, everything someone would need was provided by the host.

Plenty of room, all presented lovely.

Everything in the house was great. Great location, also with access to the city and walk ways to walk the dogs. Was a family friendly home with comfortable beds and chairs. Great accommodation we will return.

Very near salt hill 5min drive alao few playgrounds near the property and shops takeways .

Can not fault this property very nice people and very nice area highly recommand
