INI booked through Booking.com, where the terms stated payment would be made upon arrival. Despite this, the hotel repeatedly called and messaged, demanding a ₹500 advance and threatening to cancel my booking if not paid. I informed them I’d arrive in an hour to pay, but the harassment continued. If they wish to treat customers this way, they should ensure clear policy transparency regarding prepayment and post-payment conditions. Highly dissatisfied.
The hotel’s constant calls and messages demanding an advance payment, despite the policy stating payment on arrival, were harassing and unprofessional. Lack of clear prepayment transparency added to the frustration.
INRoom was clean..Staff was very much approachable even at night at 1230... They also helped to manage my booking and early check-in.
Construction is going on in the connected plot. They were working till 1 AM in Night and creating heavy hammering noise.
