The staff were so friendly and the location was fabulous.

Although the food was lovely, it would have been helpful if there was a note to state what was vegetarian.

The staff is amazing, friendly.. the hotel is very clean with a lot of activites during stay. The pool at front of the hotel has amazing view and it really worths to stay there.

The shower in the bathroom :)) but comparing to what was good, no big deal.

The food, pools.

Air conditioning was not working, second bed wasn't ready, we couldn't use it first night. There was no children playground as stated in info. Location is remote, there is nothing to see.

The spa facilities are extra charge, 10 eur per person per hour for sauna…there is no entertainment, no snacks between meal times…cocktails are the worst, what they serve should Never be called a cocktail, no ice, half full ugly glass of undrinkable liquid, mojito without mint, lime, anything…check out time is AT 10 oclock and when we finished breakfast at ten we were locked out of our rooms…not really a 4 star hotel…

The hotel was beautiful. The rooms were clean and cleaned daily, and towels changed, which was great. There was a good variety of food, especially on the weekends. A microwave was available to heat any food that was not hot enough. The staff were extremely polite and helpful. There were 2 pools. There was a gym, but I don't think it was open. You would need a key to get in, and even with the key, i couldn't find the gym. I can't rate the activities as I never got to attend one.

There was no table or chair in the room, so if you needed to do any work, you would have to take your laptop downstairs to the lobby. The snack time did not have a lot of variety. The same snacks were offered every day. This can be a whole lot better.
