The host is a lovely local woman, which gives a good overview of the apartment as well as information about parking, eating options and every about the city which you need to know. Breakfast is served fresh everyday with individually asked preference.

The property was absolutely beautiful and impeccably decorated. The location was centrally located with easy access to all the great sites yet out of the way enough to provide a relaxing and quiet environment.

Grossartiges Frühstück. Sehr freundliche Gastgeberin. Ein fantastisches Haus mit einer äusserst stillvollen Einrichtung. Die Tipps und Fürsorge durch unsere Gastgeberin hat uns einen tollen Aufenthalt ermöglicht.

Schlafzimmer und Bad sind nicht miteinander verbunden, daher muss man ein kurzes Stück über einen Flur gehen, der auch von der Gastgeberin genutzt wird. Das ist nicht schlimm und die Gastgeberin achtet sehr auf die Privatsphäre ihrer Gäste, aber für manche ist dies vielleicht gut zu wissen.

Location was good. Not quite city centre but that made it quiet. It was close to the park so ideal if you like a morning run.

The locality is fab . V quiet but only 5 mins walk and you're in the heart of everything . The property is amazing . Nadia has done a complete refurb and she has impeccable taste so the result is just gorgeous . V characterful with lots quirky pictures and objet d'art..... beautiful. The bedroom is v spacious , and the v large bed is v comfy . The kitchen is well equipped and the fridge is stocked with all essentials. The breakfast which Nadia makes fresh for you to enjoy at your preferred time , is delightful and plentiful .

Nadia, our host, was incredible. So helpful,, friendly and knowledgeable about the best restaurants etc. She improved our stay immensely and made us feel so at home. The suite itself has everything you need and more, why stay anywhere else in Bologna. Only a walk away from everything you want to see or visit. A complete delight. Thanks Nadia.
