Very helpful, poliet, respectful staff , located few minutes to mersin shoreline, lots of resturant to choose from

Everything was organised and the staff was very helpful

The place is well appointed and the staff is there 24 hours a day and happy to help even though there is a bit of a language barrier. We managed to book our transfer through the front desk and they came up and helped us with the temperature and getting the hood fas working. They have a private parking lot and place is modern with an elevator. Also the place has a washer and showers were good with pressure and temperature.

Dished could have been cleaner and bed could have been more comfortable.

The Hotel is very clean and new, the room has everything from kitchen utilities to washing machine, the decor is very comfy and very new, Ms. Nurten at the reception was very helpful and she gave me very useful tips about the city since this was my first time in town. I will book this hotel again whenever i visit mersin.

Looks better in reality. Very nice stuff. Spacious and comfy apartment. Bonus points for the cute inside cats.
