Riad Chez Henriette

I liked the pretty room and the patio, it was a new hotel. Staffs were friendly. It was quite area, there was no mosque praying sounds. Near the hotel, there is a parking lot where you can find a taxi instead of going to the main taxi place.

I didn't like that the ground floor room could hear the noises from the staffs as there is no separate room or space for the staff, as they stay overnight, you could hear them watching something or coughing, The breakfast in general was really similar everyday. The address in the google map was wrong, the picture in booking shows the terrace and I thought you could enjoy the view from there having breakfast but in reality there is no use of terrace and there is no view from the terrace. There is only one hair dryer and if someone from different room got it first, you cannot use. I could not use the hair dryer for 3 days. The room is quite dark. And this is not the hotel's fault but seems like all yhe Moroccan bathrooms does not have the shower curtain, and the floor was full of water after the shower.

I stayed at the property with my son, and we could not fault it. The help we received before arriving (organising our transfer from the airport) was amazing and ensured we had a very good trip. Our room was exceptionally clean, breakfast delicious, a traditional Moroccan breakfast, and the care we received from all the staff made us feel at home. They went far beyond out expectations.

Best breakfast in Morocco in my opinion and the Riad is beyond expectations. Sumptuous in every way and the staff is exceptional. Please do yourself a favor and book the Riad Chez Henriette. It surpassed all expectations!

My friend and I recently visited Marrakech for the first time and decided to book this Riad based on the positive reviews we had read. From the moment we made our reservation, Moussa was in constant contact, promptly answering all our questions. On the day of our arrival, he coordinated with the taxi driver to ensure a smooth transfer, though they are unable to drop you off right outside the riad due to narrow roads but there is parking located just a 2 minute walk away, making it easily accessible.

Upon our arrival, Abdel warmly welcomed us with traditional mint tea and provided us with everything we needed to know about the busy city. He assisted us in planning our days and offered good recommendations. Our luggage’s were kindly taken up by Abdel to a nice and clean room just like the photos we had seen online. Next morning the breakfast was deliciously prepared by a lovely lady called Maryem ☺️ On our last day, Moussa booked us a taxi and took us to the car and even offered to come to the airport for any help. Overall, we felt safe and well accommodated thanks to Abdel and Moussa. We are looking forward to returning to this Riad in the future.

Riad is pretty new with some nice and interesting details. Clean and cosy, close to main square. The staff is higly professional, the best receptionist ever - Abdel, really kidn and helpful and also Moussa. I definitely recommend this property.

All great, no complaints. Maybe a breakfast could be bigger, but just a small suggestion, not a complaint, it was good anyway.
