"Great, spacious and well located appartment in the old part of Arequipa."

Great, spacious and well located appartment in the old part of Arequipa. The appartment was very clean and comfortable. The owner was friendly and helpful and provided us with tips for things to see and good restaurants. We had a very pleasant few days in this appartment and would definitely come back!

The only negative point would he that the hot water runs for about 1 minute. You have to make the most of that minute because afterwards, the water is cold!

"Good location but…."

Good location Helpful host though she is not the owner

Definitely not a deluxe apartments. Hardly any hot water for showers. Kitchen too small and have not a nice smell. Neighbors are having parties at 23:30 and over every night.

"Enjoyable stay."

Clean and confortable place. Excellent location, just a few blocks from main square, shops and restaurants. Andrea is a great hostess!

The apartment is on the third floor, so it motivated us to do a little work out climbing the steps :)
