El responsable del apartamento no respondía a los mensajes, ni ofrecía ninguna facilidad de cara a dejar las mochilas el día de partida antes coger el vuelo. La primera noche no pudimos dormir porque fuera dos personas se pasaron la noche teniendo una conversación a gritos y la segunda noche una mujer estuvo toda la noche llamando al timbre, aporreando la puerta, de tal fuerza que rompió la puerta por dentro, dando gritos. Las camas incomodísimas, ninguna manta, y la colcha para cubrirse era demasiado fina y se pasaba frio. Se acabó el papel higiénico y nadie vino a reponerlo. De cara a la ubicación estaba en una calle no muy segura durante la noche, y oscura y alejada del centro.

The Apartment, room and shower room were clean and bright.

The communal entrance hall at ground floor was filled with someone's belongings which was not a good impression but presumably not the management's fault. The TV stopped working and on the second night we were left with no cover for the duvet. I did message in the afternoon to see if there was a spare in the apartment but never got a response. The timer on the door to the apartment changed the code whilst we were out for breakfast and we couldn't get back on for a couple of hours. Wasn't the end of the world but glad I wasn't due to be flying out that morning as we couldn't get our stuff. We Still enjoyed our stay though. All easily rectifiable issues I'm sure they'll have sorted by the time the season gets going.

Nothing, we didn’t stay, we booked somewhere else and left

Exceptionally hot, fan provided was pointless. No window, our shutter opened to a half finished bathroom with a door on the other side which made it unsafe. The other room had nowhere to plug even the lamp let alone the fan. Access was very difficult and the stairs were atrocious with suitcases. Area was run down and felt unsafe.
