Buena ubicación.

No lo recomiendo para adultos mayores. La puerta de ingreso al edificio se abre mediante un link que te envían al celular. El asensor es mínimo si vas con valíjas. La cajita donde se encontraba la llave a pesar de haber puesto correctamente el código no se abría tan fácilmente. Pero lo mas insólito es que cuando entras al departamento está refaccionado como dos departamentos. El que nos tocó tuvimos que salir a un balcón interior largo y extremadamente angosto para ingresar a nuestro departamento. Fue muy incómodo ingresar y salir con las valijas. La puerta ventana que es el ingreso desde el balcón al Depto no nos pareció muy segura. El interior del Depto estaba bien. No tiene mucha luz. Había una habitación con varias camas. En la que dormí yo hacía mucho ruido y el colchón muy malo por lo que no pude dormir bien. Las toallas eran escasas. No volveríamos!

-It was close to the city center and the coast, 15-20 mins walk to the beach. -Big apartment. -Local shop and coffee shop was at the next corner. -Check in and check out was easy.

-Small doors, narrow passage, tricky way inside (building door, elevator, door, door, balcony, door). -Said balcony, but it was for an inside courtyard only. -A million light switches that may or may not turn on/off random lights. -We asked for 2 single bed, they made 1 double bed. -We didnt have water on sunday, they said that we might have switched off the heater with a switch similar to and right next to a lightswitch. There was a relay too, we tried every single combination with the switch and relay position, no hot water. A repairman supposed to come on monday to check on it who didn't arrive, i asked whats up, no response but they could send the message (which was already sent like 3 times before) to check out before 10AM on tuesday.

A fuir !!

Największym plusem była świetna lokalizacja, apartament jest też w klimatycznym budynku, w bliskości sklepów i kawiarni.

Zdecydowanie hałas z ulicy utrudniał sen, w jednym z apartamentów nie było też pełnego wyposażenia kuchni. Dodatkowo przejście do jednego z apartamentów było przez balkon, co nie zostało zaznaczone w ofercie, a dla niektórych wysokie i wąskie przejście może być problemem.

Todo estaba perfecto. Excelente ubicación!! Todo funcionaba perfectamente. Vino de bienvenida.

Todas las indicaciones para entrar fueron correctas. Solo me hubiera gustado conocer al dueño.

We had a great stay at Casa Madame. We had everything we need there (the washing machine was a great plus). The place was clean, the bedsheets and pillow cases were new (I think) because there were not stains. The entire room was clean, and the kitchen and bathroom were clean, too. The room has a lot of space, plus two balconies. It’s situated in a quiet area (the street is really not noisy and you cannot hear any neighbour), and is near the central station, Old Town, and Pane e Pomodoro beach. The air conditioning was a blessing functioning very well. Also, the kitchen is equipped very well with everything you need (we really loved to have a coffee machine). The bathroom was equipped very well (toilet paper, soap, shampoo etc.) The elevator was a big plus, being amazed by it. We were always enchanted to use it. All in all, we had a great stay with everything we needed and our expectations were met.

The Wi-Fi is indeed low, but if you have a little patience is ok, nothing to be complaining about. The power goes down if multiple things are plugged in, but we find the generator and managed to turn it on.
