I liked the location and also facilities provided, very spacious and comfortable. Best place to stay with your family and pets. The host shree was very good.

The caretaker isni good, not bothered on any issues, kitchen was not fully equipped.

Breakfast quality was poor. Quiet location situated 7 KMs from the heart of the city.

The operators of the homestay do not reside in Kodaikanal. They operate a cluster of homestays located close to each other with a common caretaker who can speak only Tamil and a bit of English. The property had an electric kettle and an induction stove, but not enough tea cups/coffee mugs, spoons and induction compatible vessels. There were no wash basins in the bathrooms of the ground floor. There was a common wash basin in the hall cum dining area, but with no counter top. Being far away from the heart of the city and with no good eateries around, food, especially dinner had to be brought from outside. Warming the same and having them properly became difficult in absence of adequate induction compatible vessels, crockery and cutlery. Many a time the common caretaker was not available when needed because he had to attend to other clients in another homestay.
