Sultan Boutique Hotel

Nothing. Bad location, no AC, horrible noise. Hotel under a renovation, construction everywhere, safety hazard going down the stairway. Lack of shampoos and one of the shampoo bottles was half used by another guest. Plumbing leaking in the bathroom. By the way, the name shown outside the hotel is different than on website. I would never recommend this hotel.

The Turkish breakfast was good,but it costs 10 Euro.

🚫DO NOT STAY HERE !-1 star🚫 1) There ISN'T an airconditioner in Room 1,only a fan.I was not informed of this before/after booking. 2)I booked the King Room with Sea View,but was given the smaller Standard double room. 3)The "free toiletries" in my bathroom were half used,including the mini soap in the shower(it was soggy) and the hand wash was emplty(please see my pics).Also,there wasn't a coffee maker or mini bar in my room as listed in the amenities. 4) The mattress on the bed was so old that one side was softer than the other and it was very uncomfortable to sleep on. 5) When I told the manager in the morning about how dissatisfied I was with my stay and that I was given the wrong room,he didn't even apologize and I found his body language and attitude to be somewhat rude towards me after I told him honestly that I felt it was dishonest to given me a completely different room WITHOUT an AIR CONDITIONER!

Name of Hotel is not Holiday Beach Hotel. Driver couldnt find name on google. Had to call the hotel delayed us 30 minutes at the airport. Turns out its called Airport Black Sea Hotel. Very suspicious. Room was clean but passages walking to the rooms were dirty and grimy. Not close to any shops or restaurants. If you are walking you are forced to use their kitchen for food. Not all rooms have AC. No decent bedding. Only a sheet provided for cover. No coffee machine as stated on the room description. No tea or kettle in room as stated on room description. Chose the location cos its close to the airport and we had 1 night but taxis don't frequent the area making it hard to get to the airport unless you pre book or use their driver who charges unreasonable rates.

Customer service. He made me wait unnecessarily more than one hour at airport the taxi driver he arranged to pick me up never arrived!!then he told me the car broke and to feel free to get a taxi on my own !!! it was a nightmare. My taxi driver had hard time to find the the name the hotel was in Turkish language only and different non-matching the Beach Hotel advertised on Booking website ! iDirty dusty bed sheets! It was a nightmare!

Super friendly host. He took us to a lovely little beach, shared some fresh boiled corn and we had an amazing time here.
