The aircon and animals

Sheet do not fit the bed. Dust bin not in room...your rubbish you have to put in a carrybag. No plug for washing basin When showering the floor is soaking wet ..water everywhere. If i am correct the personel or owner all stay in the room adjusent to reception. Manager receives geust barefoot.. Still building the lodge
